Seasonal Sowing in the Kitchen Garden

This is a morning workshop covering all aspects of sowing and growing fruit, vegetables along with some flowers to create a productive kitchen garden.

From windowsill to garden, this course will teach you how to 'grow your own' and you will be surprised that with a little knowledge you will be able to grow healthy strong fruit and vegetables for the summer and beyond. I will guide you through the minefield of planning, sowing, growing and maintaining a productive space, always bearing sustainabilty in mind.

You will learn which varieties to sow and grow in April, including how to nurture and maintain your crops and knowing when to harvest. Full of top tips, space saving ideas you will be prepared for the season ahead.

Class sizes are kept small, allowing everyone to get the most from this morning workshop.

Tea, coffee and seasonal muffins on arrival and goody bags provided.
