About The Event
This very interactive workshop on the first day of Spring will prepare you for the season ahead, explaining which varieties to sow in March and April, how to sow the seeds, (both in the greenhouse and in raised beds), after care and when to harvest. Your crop will not only take you through the Summer, but on into the Autumn and even the following Spring. Organisation in the garden is key if you are to achieve a balanced and successional crop, and Julia will guide you on how to achieve that.
Packed with top tips, space saving ideas and how and when to harvest your crops, questions are welcomed throughout the morning, taking advantage of Julia’s expertise, she will also touch on companion planning and growing sweet peas.
Please arrive at 9.45 for a 10 am start. You will be finished by 1pm.
More details and directions will follow nearer the time.
